While often reproduced, original scripts from the original Twilight Zone series are almost nonexistent. This script was part of a production assistant's collection of original scripts from the series. After being broadcast on May 1, 1964, complaints were received from Japanese Americans over the controversial wartime subject matter and racial overtones causing the episode to be omitted from US syndicated broadcasts of the series it was not until 2016 that the episode was finally aired again in the US. Starring Neville Brand and George Takei, this episode was a part of the Twilight ZoneвЂ™s fifth and final season. The script also contains the opening and closing narration delivered by Rod Serling.
